We are aways looking for new submissions and ongoing contributors.
Representation matters and we hold by the belief that if you want to write it, someone is waiting to read it.
But, wait!!! Before you submit please read the following suggestions and guidelines…
First of all, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with who we are, our goals and our content. We cover all topics concerning women, including, but not limited to fashion, politics, history, art and culture, motherhood and other lifestyle topics.
Secondly, please understand this-
We are an entirely an independent and voluntary organization.
We don’t accept advertising for 2 reasons- we don’t want to be obliged to any one value system or promote standards that we are not comfortable with. Additionally, the absence of advertising is also for our readers and communities’ comfort and ease. But that also means until we receive funding in the form of grants we have no budget and we cannot pay you.
We do value your time and your work so we will do our best to work with you through the editing process, promote you and your work (in the form of bylines, links, contributors page), but beyond that we are not able to compensate you at this time.
Upon submission, we cannot confirm that your article will in fact be published.
If it is selected to be published, we reserve the right to edit your work (although its almost always done with you).
